The result is a practical layout that feels balanced, considered and tailored to your lifestyle, giving you confidence before making expensive purchases or renovation decisions.

  • Layout Vision focuses on furniture layout and space planning only.

    It doesn’t include colour schemes, concept boards, product sourcing, shopping links, 3D illustrations or photorealistic visualisations.

    If you're looking for a complete room design, my VIRTUAL DESIGN CONCEPT service would be the most suitable option.

  • £195 for a standard oom

  • You'll receive a professionally planned furniture layout that's carefully considered around the way you live, helping you make informed decisions before investing in furniture or renovation work. Whether you choose to implement the layout yourself or continue to one of my full design services, you'll have a clear foundation to build upon.

    GETTING STARTED

    Once you have purchased the service, you will receive an email with the next steps.

    QUESTIONNAIRE

    You will be sent a form to provide room dimensions and upload any existing floorplans and photographs. The more information you can provide, the better the results.

  • 03

    DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

    The floorplan is drawn up and best layouts considered. This part of the process can take 7 - 10 working days.

  • 04

    YOUR RESULT

    You’ll receive a clear floorplan and furniture layout, providing the optimal sizes for furnishing your space.

The LAYOUT DESIGN service is a foundation package focussed on getting your room layout right, without committing to the full process.

Once your design is complete, if you decide to upgrade to Design Direction, Virtual Design or Curated Design within 60 days, £195 will be credited toward it.

  • There is no requirement for a Discovery Call, all the information I need will be covered in the questionnaire. Simply purchase the service you require and I will be in touch by email with the next steps to get started.

  • The LAYOUT DESIGN services best suit standard rooms such as bedrooms, living rooms, etc. Open plan, kitchen or bathrooms are are also available but priced slightly higher.

    For more detailed plans and perspectives, the VIRTUAL DESIGN or CURATED DESIGN services are highly recommended.

  • Yes. Many projects involve working around existing pieces or practical constraints.

    These details are considered carefully in the questionnaire so the more information you provide, the more realistic the result.

  • There are no revisions included within this service as it is a foundation package.

  • Yes. Kitchens and bathrooms involve more complex spatial planning and technical specifications which is why they are priced slightly higher.

  • If you require sourcing and curated products, the CURATED VIRTUAL DESIGN service would be more suitable for you.

  • Once I have received everything needed from you, you willl receive your DESIGN LAYOUT within 2 weeks.

  • Either the DESIGN LAYOUT or DESIGN SCHEME can be purchased directly online.

    If you require my full Virtual Design services, there is an ‘Application for Design’ so your project can be carefully considered prior to a proposal.
